7th & 6th Grade Honors Ceremony
Parents please be aware that our honors ceremonies are an invitation only event. Students who will be receiving an award will be given an invitation prior to the event. Also please make note that the 7th and 6th grade will be held during the school day in the Ring Lardner gymnasium.
Summer Sizzler
The first ever Ring Lardner Summer Sizzler Carnival is TONIGHT from 5-8pm.
Come and join the fun! We will have a variety of games, prizes and all kinds of fun foods! There will also be a dunk tank with lots of celebrity staff members. We will be there rain or shine. All activities will take place inside Ring Lardner if there are rain showers.
2025-2026 Bus Sign Up 
If you plan on utilizing bussing from Niles Community Schools for the 2025-2026 school year, you must complete the transportation request form for ๐๐๐๐๐ child in your family by August 1. Once you submit this form, the information will be sent directly to our transportation department. IF you move, please update your address by submitting this form with the correct information.
Please note: THIS FORM must be completed to guarantee transportation is provided for your child(ren). Call First Student at 269-684-1420 for any needed assistance. Bus routes will be posted at nilesschools.org in mid-August.
Student Vaccination Requirements
Parents of incoming 7th graders. Please be on the lookout for upcoming vaccination information from the office. 7th graders have certain vaccination requirements (Tdap and Meningococcal) per the state of MI. Boys Soccer Sign-Up
Deadline to sign up for boys soccer is June 20th. Please complete THIS FORM to sign up. Conditioning begins in July. Practice starts in August and games will begin in September.
Countdown to Summer
We will be having a countdown to summer celebration here at Ring Lardner. We will be showing out school spirit and getting ready for summer vacations with dress up days starting Monday May 19th until the last day of school. Dress up days must be school appropriate.
Phone Number and Address Changes
Parents as we come towards the end of the school year please make sure to keep us up to date with phone numbers and contact changes you may have. This way we will be able to keep you informed of things as we head into the 25-26 school year. If you are updating your address information we will need proof of recency for our records.

Niles Summer Programs
The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Southwest Michigan is offering summer programs here at Ring Lardner Middle School. Membership Fee is $5. Must be a Niles Community Schools student in grades 5th-8th. For more information CLICK HERE
Student Pick Up Procedures
Please be aware that in an effort with district wide policy will be asking to see all IDs of persons picking up students. Even if we know who you are, please be in the habit of bringing your ID in with you! This ensures the safety and security of our students and prepares you for a time when someone new may be at the sign out desk and does not know you.

Front Entrance Drive
Parents please do not pull around the left side of the buses in the front entrance drive. It is not only dangerous but causes delays for drop off and pick up. Please wait till the buses have cleared completely to use the front entrance drive. Thank You
